Look for that one on SC sometime, with a second stanza and an illustration! Damn, it's been a while since we've had a Crayon Haiku... or a number of other section pieces, for that matter. THIS MUST CHANGE. And it will... soon.

By the way, did I mention that I made a livejournal the other week? You're better off just reading this blog -- I mainly made the LJ so I could post to customers_suck, a community of disgruntled retail workers with stories to tell, and most of what I say in the LJ gets said here first -- but I did join on the holiday wishlist meme going around over there. You don't have to get me anything -- nobody has to get me anything! -- but feel free to pop over and read that. If you want.

And now I have to sign off here so I can catch the bus back to Laurel so I can do the bookstore thing from 6 to 11:30. Hope I don't get insulted/sexually harrassed on the way there! 🙁

This morning, while idly looking for references to the old Dragon Ball page I used to maintain back in high school, I came across this. Funny thing? I still visit this IRC channel fairly regularly. It's on a different server and we stopped talking about Dragon Ball years ago, but it's interesting that a good number of the folks profiled on here still hang out in #db, primarily among the new school. Back when this page was made, I'd only met Brian and Bo in person -- both are from Maryland, and TK and I ran the DB page together and shared the hosting costs -- but since those days I've met a handful of them.
