You solved the jack-in-the-box... HE CAME!

Have you ever seen anything more beautiful in your life?

In other news, you should now be able to receive e-mails when someone replies to your comments, if you so choose! Aaand with that update, I should be done with the comment functionality tweaks for a while. 🙂

This is so, so upsetting on so many levels. Let me get over my panic attack first... (deeeep breath in...deeep breath out...)

Okay. I am repulsed and intrigued at the same time. Basically, you just created (via photoshop) my complete idea of ultimate nightmare. But then I drawn in by the beautiful image of the ferris wheel caving in on itself -- I love the illogical dimensions and black and white juxtaposed with my ultimate fear.

Basically, Wes, you have prevented me from sleeping tonight. And if I look at this image again (and because I am both repulsed and intrigued) you know I will), I may never sleep again.

Now, we must give this terror a name...

I just had to look at it again. To remind myself how terrifying it is.

    • Wes says:

Ha! I do hope you were able to get some sleep after all, Sarah. I mean, I did try to make it slightly less horrific by giving it blue hair... 😉

May I...may I...please, please, PLEASE use this for Day of the Clown? This may be the crown jewel in the category!

  • Ro says:

That is awesomely terrifying! Great Photoshoping.

Oh yes, I think I am completely desensitized now. 🙂

I think it's the big ol' nose that makes it so hilarious to me. You could hit it with a shovel and rather than hear a crunch, the nose would just let out a honk. It'd lighten the mood!

Day of the Clown?!? I don't think I even want to know what that is or that such a thing exists...

    • Wes says:

Ha! It's an ongoing series over on Mickey's blog -- see here, if you dare -- as well as the title of an episode of "The Sarah Jane Adventures". I wouldn't be surprised if it were also the title of a movie or game somewhere out there as well. After all, there is Day of the Tentacle! 🙂

It was an exercise to help me lose my fear of clowns. For the most part, it's worked, although sometimes I do wish I could go back to being scared of them because...well, just because. I'm troubled that pictures of John Wayne Gacy and Pennywise no longer bother me. 🙂

The only thing scarier than creepy eyes, is NO eyes, and the damn clown is still chasing you somehow.
