A Scary-Crayon game review!
Category: SC Updates

Mary-Kate & Ashley's Dance Party of the Century!

That's right! I know I'm about three hours early -- and I don't bloody care -- but here it is: Scary-Crayon's in-depth review of Mary-Kate & Ashley's Dance Party of the Century! (Does that answer your question, Parizad? ;)) Actually, I hate to say it, but for what it is the game is actually pretty... good. It's certainly well worth the $1.15 I spent on it, anyway!

Also, the Site Talk block on the content pages has a new blurb and the Links block has been updated with two new links -- one for Alligator Juice and one for Culture Freak. So check those out too! Ja ne.

Bah! I thought it was going to be some new kickass game with gnarly, ferocious looking characters. Screw the Olson twins, man, a real avatar from a good game should look more like this:

Sorry to disappoint, Parizad! Just so you don't get your hopes up in the future, though, I should warn you that until I can afford to get a kickass new computer capable of running the latest games, most SC game reviews will be based on old games, seeing as how I'm running a PII 400 MHz system over here. I do have another game review planned in the near future, but again, don't expect anything new! The main character of that title is, however, a bit more badass than Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. 😉

I also combined your comments into one -- I think the italicized word "good" had something to do with the reason the image link didn't post properly. At any rate, it's fixed now! 🙂

When you are ready for a new pc, I highly recommend Magic Micro. I bought a kickass computer from them last December. It's a mom & pop joint in Ohio, but they have awesome customer service, and the computers are of high quality. Plus, they just look fucking cool!

Until you do upgrade your pc, but want to play an MMORPG, may I recommend The Sims Online? It can be run on pretty much any computer. There is a free download of the game available. I believe with the download you get 14 free days to check it out, but after that, it is $9.99 a month.

Plus, I have a feeling that you're already familiar with their Community Rep.

Currently, the minimum system requirements are:

    - Windows(R) 98, Windows ME, or Windows XP (Administrator Only)
    - Intel Pentium III 500Mhz or faster CPU

    Curses! Foiled again.

Dude, I thought I was having a flashback and seeing some weird outtake from the Dee-lite video for Groove is in the Heart when I checked your page. Ironic, because it was that very song, when cranked to it's-certainly-too-early-in-the-morning-for-such-volume that snapped me out of my sleepy state at work.

one, two, three, four...groove is in the heart!

  • Make a boy's childhood dream come true.. give RTW a link!

"And for those who aren't fans of the Olsen twins, the fast-forward button allows one to kick them into overdrive and pretend they're just seconds away from spontaneously combusting! That's the penalty when life is but a song."

That was hilarious. I used to be the biggest Full House fan and I liked the twins back when they were like 6, but things have gotten a bit weird.

Okay off to read your other update. Thanks for the link!
