All hail Buraiking!
Category: Art … SC Updates

And for those of you who've been missing your Scary-Crayon fix, do feel free to pop over and check out yesterday's Father's Day tribute to Buraiking Boss. In addition to being an interesting piece (I hope you'll agree!), it gave me an excuse to draw the guy (click the image below for a slightly larger version of the pic). And that's always fun, yes indeedy. 🙂

All hail Buraiking!

Recent SC artwork has also included an actual crayon rendition of Billie Piper and a Dalek. Drawing stuff with crayons is kinda messy.

Until next time, minna-san! 😛

Goofy fanart pics
Category: Art

Been a while since I posted some of my goofy fanart drawings on the blog, so here we go. Click either of the pictures to open a slightly larger version in a new window.

Ha'ntaan the Rat King

Quick picture of the TMNT's Rat King that I worked up yesterday, mostly based on the action figure (minus the centipedes and spiders and whatnot). I like how the development of the little one-eyed rats turned out -- I'm going to have to use that style whenever I finally do something with Ratlantis.

teh horrifical PYRAMID HEAD

And here's a drawing of PYRAMID HEAD, largely based on his incarnation in Silent Hill the movie. It's the same picture that appears in Scary-Crayon's Dusty Plastic HELL: Hot Flash #80 plus a grain filter and sans the interview text and cartoon Wes.

Excelsior!

On the contrary, it brought them joy
Category: Art

So there's much more to be said about the incidents of last week -- and I want to say it, even though the people who should hear it most appear to be utterly incapable of comprehension. But that'll have to wait. In the meantime, though, here are a few lines from a poem/song I intend to write.

His suffering brought them no salvation
on the contrary, it brought them joy
for man's heart delights in the torment
of a sad little boy

I think it would be neat to be a songwriter.

Mmm, bloody teeth.

What the title says. Also, head over to SC for The Five SCARIEST 39¢ Halloween Cards! It's even got a special Scary-Crayon card at the end. Anyway, y'all have fun -- and don't eat too much candy, y'hear?
