Work today sucked (duh), but by some scheduling miracle I'm off until next Monday, so I can relax for a bit. I bought a new writing pad the other day, so with the time off hopefully I can get around to penning another short story. In addition to doing a little more drawing, working on Scary-Crayon (I already know what I want to do for the next article, yay!), and spending some quality time with Carrie Pilby. Oh, and I should have plans Friday if all goes well with that. Hurrah!

And Wendy: I've no doubt that in the next few days I'll have more to say in response to your question -- "Why do you hate your job so much, Wes?" -- but in the meantime I'll refer you to a few prior posts I've written on the subject. And I don't even think I've blogged about those instances in which other employees (thankfully, not me) found porn magazines floating in the toilet and pools of semen on the floor. The worst I've had to do is scrub explosive diarrhea from the bowl with a tiny pink sponge. Which, for $7 an hour, is pretty fucking bad. How's that for a start, Wendy Darling?
