Towards the middle of November, I was thinking maybe my online DVD collection count wouldn't make it to 400 after all before the end of 2006, but my initial speculations have proven incorrect -- the arrival of Batman: Mask of the Phantasm today did indeed push the collection into the next level.
And for the record, those of you who think that Batman Begins is the best Batman feature film are totally wrong. Totally.
Are you comparing Batman begins to this phantasm movie? Please tell us more....
Well, I wasn't comparing them in any really significant way except to say that Mask of the Phantasm is decidedly the superior film. It's the best Batman feature film that's been released to date, and I sincerely doubt that the next movie in the Begins franchise is going to come close to topping it!
I can't imagine having 400 of ANYTHING... except for raccoon figurines, of course!! 
After seeing Christian Bale in Batman Begins, no animated film could ever compete...:)
