I wasn't working from scratch, so there wasn't any real danger of the cake turning out horribly (aside from the possibility of me burning it and/or mistakenly adding salt instead of sugar, which I didn't). Apparently I didn't use enough Crisco to grease the pan so it ended up sticking a bit, but otherwise I'd say the cake was a success! Should have pics up in a bit. Thanks, Jax!
